CW Home Depot Opens It’s New Branch in Makati

Your home building, finishing and furnishing haven, CW Home Depot by CW Group held the grand opening event of its newest branch located at 2248 Chino Roces Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo), Makati City.

The event themed Destination: Makati became a grandiose gathering of the building and construction’s finest organizations, valued partners, loyal clients, and the industry elites as they celebrated the unveiling of CW Home Depot’s latest addition to its roster of outlets. A three part ribbon-cutting ceremony bared CW Home Depot Makati’s three storey edifice. The ceremonial ribbon cutting was graced by Makati City Mayor Hon. Jejomar Erwin S. Binay, Jr. together with Mr. Napoleon Co and Ms. Veronica Chan, President and Chairwoman of CW Home Depot, respectively.

The first ladies of CW Group – Dra. Estrella Go Co, Ms. Aching Uy, Ms. Lydia Co, Ms. Susan Co, Ms. Jewel Co, Ms. Jennifer Co, Ms. Winchelle Uy, and Ms. Barbie Co opened the stairway to the Home Interior Superstore as they led the 2nd leg of the ribbon cutting. One of the event’s highlights was the inauguration of the newest value-added feature of Makati Branch which was the spacious Events Hall that can hold up to 400 people situated at the store’s 3rd floor.

Espiritu, United Architects of the Philippines National President Archt. Ramon S. Mendoza, Philippine Institute of Architects’ Arch. Antonio L. Loveria, Cebu Oversea Hardware Inc. Vice President Michael Co, White Horse Ceramic Special Assistant to the Regional Manager Mr. Jimmy Teo, and Cebu Home Builder General Manager Mr. James Co, opened the doors to CW Home Depot Events Hall – the first state of the art venue within a depot especially designed to play host to significant industry events and functions.

“This is a step further from our first five stores. With our first five outlets, we’re able to cater to the needs of the end-users, now we want to do the same with the trade professionals for our sixth branch,” says Ferdinand Co.

CW Home Depot is a joint venture of Cebu Oversea Hardware Co. Inc. and West Point Industrial Co. Its existing branches are located at Ortigas, Alabang, Balintawak, Manila Bay and Pampanga.
